The Construction Manager
The Construction Manager will undertake to coordinate the efforts of any and all parties involved in design or construction activities at the Premises, and use its best efforts to minimize conflict, disputes and delays in the performance of design and construction work at the Premises. This is a proposal for the owner to retain the services of a Construction Manager and is relying on the expertise of the Construction Manager to the fullest extent for planning, managing, administering, supervising, and coordinating the activities of the various design and construction professionals performing work at the Premises.
The Construction Manager agrees to perform all services described in this Agreement with the highest degree of skill and care available in the construction industry for like services, and that this standard shall govern the Construction Manager s obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement.
Further, the Construction Manager, as the Owner's representative, shall establish a strong, trusting relationship with Tenants or Prospective Tenants, anticipate their needs, questions, and problems, and responds to those needs, questions and problems in a proactive manner so as to further the interests of the Owner, Tenants and Prospective Tenants in an efficient and timely manner.
