There he helped the Greenville Avenue Church of Christ complete new construction on a $1.5 million facility, and provided as-built construction drawings. Major projects completed for 2M Design include Triage at South Fulton Medical Center in Atlanta, GA, and the Albany, GA Downtown Riverfront Master Plan Preliminary Design.

With 24 years of experience managing construction projects Leonard has successfully integrated his work as an economic development analyst with his experience as a construction manager. Leonard holds an MA in Public Administration from University of North Texas.
